About the founder
Hey, I'm Dani
TV Producer turned Career Coach on a mission to help 1M rebellious millennials design a life (and career) they love.
I spent more than a decade climbing the corporate ladder working on $350K+ campaigns in advertising, production and TV. My ‘traditional’ career taught me a lot about personal branding, life design, negotiation and human behaviour.
In 2022 I ditched the 9-5 for island life to lead by example. Living simply & designing a life aligned with my highest self meant the birth of club slay.
It wasn’t always ‘positive psychology’ and ‘dream chasing’. I passed high school by 1% and didn’t get good enough grades to get into college. It wasn’t until a serious car accident at 21, where I was pinned between the metal of a car door and a tree that I decided… ‘something has got to change’
